J. S. Bach’s towering musical genius is summed up in the St Matthew Passion, one of the supreme creations of all art. Jaap conducts the HK Phil’s first ever complete performance of this universal work, with an international cast of soloists, the Hong Kong Children’s Choir and and special guests The Bach Choir, direct from London, whose performances of this work are a British institution.
