Amsterdam Concert II

The HK Phil makes its highly anticipated debut at the prestigious Concertgebouw in Amsterdam. The programme begins with Wagner’s majestic Tannhäuser Overture, offering a blend of grandeur, clarity, and jubilant spirit, and concludes with Beethoven’s joyful and rhythmically charged Symphony no. 7 – a perfect showcase of the HK Phil’s energy and precision. The concert also features the sensational French pianist Alexandre Kantorow in Rachmaninov’s Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini, a much-anticipated reprise of his acclaimed 2024 European and Singapore tour with Jaap van Zweden and the HK Phil.
