Experience two masterful Russian composers and the remarkable talent of Behzod Abduraimov, praised for his “magic touch” (The Times). This world-acclaimed Uzbek pianist made a striking HK Phil debut with Rachmaninov’s Third Concerto in 2015. A decade later, in his third collaboration with the HK Phil, Abduraimov will showcase his virtuosity and musicality in Rachmaninov’s timeless Second Concerto. The evening continues as Long Yu brings Rimsky-Korsakov’s masterpiece to life in vivid orchestral colour. Join the Sultan and immerse yourself in the captivating storytelling of Scheherazade!
