How to fill in this form 

This form is intended for school teachers (music teachers, or teachers in charge of extra-curriculum activities) to fill in on behalf of your schools to apply for the Jockey Club TUTTI Programme. There are two parts in this form:

 

  • Part A, where you fill in the basic information and state which programme(s) you wish to apply for; and
  • Part B, where you give us some details related to each programme’s preparation. This part is further subdivided into:
    • Programme 1. School Concert;
    • Programme 2. Ensemble Visit;
    • Programme 3. Student Ambassador Programme; and
    • Programme 4. Open Rehearsal.

Details for each programme are given below in the respective sections. You may apply for any one or multiple programmes in the same form.

Bring your student to the concert hall and watch the HK Phil’s educational School Concert, specially designed for school children for an unforgettable concert experience. Each student and teacher will receive an activity book with engaging exercises for in-class post-concert discussions and self-learning.

Part B. Programme 2. Ensemble Visit
The HK Phil’s musicians bring chamber music to schools for an hour-long performance. Students get an up-close look at the ensemble musicians and the opportunity to enjoy interactive sessions that introduce them to orchestral instruments and enrich their musical understanding.

Please ensure that all information given is accurate and complete. The HK Phil reserves the right to cancel the ensemble visits if any of the information is false.
Part B. Programme 3. Student Ambassador Programme

Nominate students to become your school’s ambassadors for classical music. Being the Student Ambassador allows them to come to the Jockey Club Masters Series concert and present their experience to their peers.

 

You will be given a maximum of 8 free tickets. You may either pair a Student Ambassador with a guardian so that they can go to the concert by themselves (maximum of 4 student-guardian pairs), or assign a teacher to bring all Student Ambassadors to the concert (maximum of 7 students with 1 teacher). Student Ambassadors shall complete a presentation after the concert to share their experience with their schoolmates.

Not recommended for kindergartens and special schools.
