This ticket refund service is only applicable for the concerts listed below:

Yeol Eum Son Plays Liszt (29 NOV 2025)
Swire Maestro Series: Jaap Conducts Schubert's Unfinished Symphony (16 & 17 JAN 2026)

To apply for a refund, please submit the FULL REFUND application form according to your ticket type on or before 31 OCT 2025.
*Applications which are not supported with all necessary documents or information, or late applications will not be accepted.

Physical Ticket: Please download the form below, fill it and return it to the HK Phil Ticketing Office with your physical tickets. Please refer to the physical form for mailing details.
