2020-21 Season Online Refund Form - Bank Transfer



(1) BANK TRANSFER refund

Unfortunately due to the recent surge in local COVID-19 cases, it is recommended to reduce outing for safeguarding public health and preventing the spread of the disease in the community. Apart from CASH refund by the HK Phil Ticketing Office, patrons may choose to apply for a refund of the face value of the ticket(s) by BANK TRANSFER. Please submit the following form on or before 20 January 2021 (Wed)


The bank transfer refund will be processed after the completion of cash refund (i.e. after 20 January 2021) and is only applicable for patrons with local bank savings or current accounts. Debit/credit card account and time deposit accounts are NOT accepted.


(2) CASH refund

Ticket-holders may collect a CASH REFUND at HK Phil Ticketing Office from 26 Nov 2020 (Thu) to 20 Jan 2021 (Wed). Details please CLICK HERE.

  • The above bank transfer refund is only available for the cancelled concerts listed in this form.
  • This refund method is not applicable for those patrons who purchased tickets from Klook, POPTICKET and ticketflap. The related refund will be processed automatically by the corresponding ticketing service providers, and the ticket will be refunded to the credit card that was used for the original payment directly.
  • Please upload photo(s) of your ticket(s). If you wish to refund more than one ticket, you may include multiple tickets in one photo. Please make sure that the ticket information (e.g. Concert Date, Price) is clearly shown in the photo(s). 
  • The refund request may be rejected if any details on the ticket have been omitted or altered or if the ticket is damaged, defaced, or otherwise mutilated.
  • If you have not collected your ticket(s) from URBTIX yet, please upload a photo of your purchase confirmation email from URBTIX as reference.
  • All bank details will be deleted at the end of the season.
  • By submitting this form, you accept and agree the Privacy Policy available in the HK Phil website.
  • The HK Phil reserves all rights of final arbitration in case of any dispute.
