Ballot Registration Terms & Conditions

1. Swire Symphony Under The Stars Tickets Ballot (“Ballot”) is organised by The Hong Kong Philharmonic Society Limited (“HK Phil”). The registration period starts from 10AM on 30 OCT 2025 to 7PM on 4 NOV 2025 (Hong Kong time), both dates inclusive (“Registration Period”). 
2. Duplicate registrations are identified when either the email address or mobile phone number matches an existing record. Only the most recent submission will be processed, and all previous records will be voided. All successful registrations will receive a confirmation email with a unique registration reference number for future correspondence and ballot result announcements. HK Phil reserves the sole discretion to determine participant eligibility with reference to these Terms and Conditions.
3. The Ballot will be conducted on 5 NOV 2025. Entry to the Ballot does not guarantee the winning of any Tickets. The Ballot winners (“Winner(s)”) will be drawn by HK Phil among the Eligible Participant(s) randomly by a computer system. Results of the Ballot (“registration reference number”) will be posted on HK Phil and Cityline websites and published on Hong Kong Economic Journal and The Standard on 7 NOV 2025 in Hong Kong.
4. Each valid email address or mobile number can win once at most. Each winner will receive tickets to “Swire Symphony Under The Stars” on 26 NOV 2025 (Each winner chooses the number of tickets, up to four).
5. All tickets of this event are in electronic format. Winner(s) will be notified by Designated Website via email on or before 18 Nov 2025 according to email address provided during Registration.
6. If relevant email cannot be found in “Inbox”, please check “Junk Mailbox”. Please contact Cityline at cs@cityline.com (email) or at 3761 6600 (WhatsApp) for assistance if Winner(s) does not receive the Prize on or before 18 NOV 2025. Office hours of Cityline are between 10AM and 7PM Monday to Friday (except public holiday). 
7. The Tickets and QR code for each Winner is unique and the Winner(s) is responsible to keep them safe. If the QR code is found to be used, HK Phil will not provide a new ticket and/or QR code as replacement. Please present the QR code(s) with smartphones, or directly print out the QR code(s) for ticket scanning purpose when entering venue.
8. The Ballot Tickets cannot be refunded, transferred/resold, swapped, or exchanged for cash and are not replaceable. In the event of any loss, invalidity, or expiry, the Tickets will not be re-issued. 
9. Ballot is subject to these terms and conditions imposed by HK Phil. 
10. If for any reason Ballot is not capable of running as planned, due to infection by computer virus, bugs, worms, trojan horses, denial of service attacks, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of HK Phil that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of Ballot, HK Phil reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual(s) who tamper with the entry process without prior notice. 
11. Please note that it is entirely voluntary for Eligible Participant to participate in this Ballot. Upon obtaining consent from participants, the personal data will be used for other direct marketing purposes. By submitting this form, you confirm your understanding of and agreement to (i) Privacy Notice of HK Phil; (ii) Personal Information Collection Statement of HK Phil; (iii) HK Phil will use your personal data for Ballot prize notification and redemption; and (iv) all the Terms & Conditions of this Ballot. 
12. HK Phil reserves the right to interpret these terms and conditions. In case of any disputes, the decision of HK Phil shall be final and binding. 
13. If there is any conflict between the information contained in the promotional materials and these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall apply and prevail. 
14. In the event of discrepancies in the terms and conditions between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
