Nothing makes a film more dramatic than a great soundtrack. Bernard Herrmann wrote chilling music for film, among them Alfred Hitchcock’s masterpieces, and we explore his scores in this concert. From the shower scene in Psycho to the gritty New York streets of Taxi Driver, we’ll explore the great thrillers, culminating in Leonard Bernstein’s music for the Brando epic film On the Waterfront.
