Tam Wing-pong

Tam Wing-pong is a retired civil servant and keen concert and opera goer, with an enthusiasm for both western and Chinese music. Currently a member of a number of advisory committees including the Home Affairs Bureau, LCSD and the Hong Kong Arts Festival Society.
