Phoebus Chan, Founder and Executive Director of PA House Asia Ltd.; Vice-Chairman of Hong Kong Innovision ; Chairman of Mainland Hong Kong Macau Arts and Culture Youth Alliance ; Vice- Chairman of Hong Kong QingDao Association; Chairman of Worldwide Chinese Foundation; Board member of Faith in Love Foundation; Chairman of Haoxue Action ; Chairman of Alumni Association of Music Department of the Chinese University of Hong Kong ; Columnist of Singtao Daily and Kung Kao Po.


While commercially active, Chan has also played a significant role in Hong Kong's music industry. He was also the lecturer of the Hong Kong College of Technology, Director of the Pop Music Department of Baron School of Music, RTHK Radio 4 and Radio 2 Presenter, Post Producer of Disney Channel Hong Kong.


He was the Music Director of Frances Yip Canadian Concert Tour 2012; performed with talented blind Taiwanese pianist Winner Hsu and Hong Kong artist Chau Pak Ho in charity concert. In 2010, Chan as collaborated with Lin Yu Chun, winner of Britain's Got Talent Paul Potts and Yundi Li. In 2009, Chan performed with China's top soprano, Huang Ying; was the guest performer of “Be My Guest - Live on Stage". In 2008, Chan has also performed with numerous internationally renowned soloists including violinist David Garrett, British young talent Connie Talbot, Chinese young violinist Huang Meng-lai etc.. Chan was also the Music Director of Italian singer Patrizio Buanne's World Tour - Hong Kong; and performed as guest with Coco Lee in McDonald's Charity Gala Dinner.


Throughout year 2000 to 2008, Phoebus has been the Artist in Residence of Harbour City, as the pioneer of Shopping Mall Music creating a new platform for new rising stars.


He was awarded the 10 Most Outstanding Youth Artist Award in 2005.
