Special notice


In view of the latest situation of COVID-19 and uncertainties in global business travels, along with discussions with our tour presenters, performing venues and related partners, the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra’s (HK Phil) tour to Japan and Korea, originally have been rescheduled to a later time of the year, now has been cancelled.

The HK Phil, Music Director Jaap van Zweden, our Board of Governors as well as the administration put the health and well-being of our audience, players and staff at the forefront of our priorities. We sincerely hope that the orchestra’s home city, as well as other parts of the world, will recover soon and overcome the current challenging situation. The orchestra and its Music Director Jaap van Zweden look forward to performing for audiences in Japan and Korea in the near future.

Jennifer has taken Hong Kong and Asia by storm over the past several years with her exciting voice and incredible live show performances. She is recognized today as one of Asia's leading contemporary jazz figures. Truly a world class talent, she's performed in prestigious clubs and festivals, and is indeed a favorite on the jazz circuit across the continent with a fan base that spans the globe. Her impressive style blend refreshing, unconventional jazz sensibilities mixed with a modern urban feel, creating her very own distinctive sound.

Jennifer earned a reputation as one of the most in-demand live and recording vocalist in the scene. She is the voice of many commercial ads in HK. The prestigious music industry magazine JAZZIZ in the US dubs her "...The most exciting jazz vocalist in Asia."

Jennifer released her debut album entitled - "Jenerations" to widespread critical acclaim in 2009. She is also the voice of the incredible 22-piece ensemble group called Shaolin Fez and released their first album "Calm Your Storm" in 2012.
