Subscription Terms & Condition
- To avoid duplicate payments, please send one subscription form via one booking channel only (online, email fax or post). A confirmation letter will be sent via email within eight working days upon receipt of the subscription form. Tickets will be delivered by early-August.
- A minimum of three programmes are required for each subscription form. Orders for two programmes or less will not be processed.
- The Free Choice Programme discount is calculated based on the number of programmes purchased. Purchasing more than one ticket for the same programme or more than one performance of the same programme is counted as one programme only.
- Discounts for Free Choice Programme and Concert Series are applicable to standard tickets for selected programmes ONLY. It is not applicable for half-priced concessionary tickets. Discounts are calculated per transaction and cannot be carried forward to the next transaction.
- If you choose to receive physical tickets, please make sure your address and mobile number are correct. There will be a delivery fee of HK$30 per subscription form.
- If you choose to receive electronic tickets, please make sure your email address is correct. There is no delivery fee for electronic tickets.
- If you submit your subscription form other than online via HK Phil website, an administration fee of $50 will be applied.
- There is a limitation of a maximum two tickets for designated concerts per subscriber. Details please refer to "Special Ticket Arrangement" in page 128 of the Season Brochure or individual concert pages.
- Designated concerts are available for subscription via Concert Series only. These concerts are not available through the Free Choice Programme. Details please refer to "Special Ticket Arrangement" in page 128 of the Season Brochure or individual concert pages.
- All subscription forms will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis. HK Phil makes every effort to assign seats in subscribers' preferred zones. In case when the preferred zones are fully occupied, seats from other zones may be assigned at our discretion.
- Some programmes may receive overwhelming responses. HK Phil cannot guarantee ticket availability for all requests on subscription form. Please visit sub.hkphil.org for latest updates.
- Limited half-priced concessionary tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- If a subscriber submits more than one valid subscription form on the same day (including separate forms for Concert Series and Free Choice Programme), all forms will be processed as one combined order, and consecutive seats will be arranged wherever possible. The combined order will be processed in the order of submission time, subject to the last subscription form submitted on the same day. Subscription forms submitted on the next day will be treated as separate bookings and processed independently.
- All forms received before the subscription period will be processed after the deadline of the respective subscription period.
- Tickets issued via subscriptions may be swapped or upgraded once. Subscribers may receive a 50% refund of the face value of subscription tickets issued via Free Choice Programme. Subscribers may receive a 50% refund of the face value of all tickets in a series issued via Concert Series. Requests for refunds for individual concerts with tickets issued via Concert Series will not be processed. Ticket swap, upgrade and refund requests may be submitted at least 10 working days before the concert for physical ticket subscribers, and 5 working days before the concert for electronic ticket subscribers.

- Please contact our Subscription Office if you have not received your tickets by 14 August 2026. HK Phil shall not be liable for any loss incurred due to delayed delivery.
- The seating plans in the Season Brochure and websites are for reference only. Some seats may have restricted sightlines.
- When booking tickets and selecting seating, patrons should be aware and expect that different seats have different viewing angles and effects. The HK Phil makes no representation or warranty whatsoever on the quality and viewing effect of all and any seats in the venue for the programmes irrespective of the prices of the seats.
