Harrow School Hong Kong Music Tour

Harrow School, one of the world’s most famous boarding schools, is sending a group of its finest chamber musicians to Hong Kong on tour this December. The group will consist of 45 pupils, of which 15 live locally in Hong Kong.

The School aims to demonstrate the quality of its Music department by holding a number of showcase performances in the City from December 16th to December 20th. The tour also offers Harrow’s young musicians the opportunity to experience the sights and sounds of Hong Kong as well as to perform with professional musicians from the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra.

The Head Master and several colleagues from Harrow School will be joining the Chamber Choir and the School’s main string ensemble, known as ‘The Nine’, which includes some exceptional pupils from Hong Kong as well as from the UK and the rest of the world.

In this concert, Handel's Organ Concerto and Vivaldi's Glora are performed by musicians from the Harrow School. Musicians of the HKPO will perform Vivaldi's The Four Seasons.
