Peter is an Independent Non-executive Director of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited and CLP Holdings Limited. Peter is also a member of the Board of Governors of The Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra and a member of the General Committee of the Hong Kong Club.
 
Peter was previously the Chairman of Chinachem Group Holdings Limited and before that Senior Partner at Slaughter and May, Hong Kong . Peter also served as Chairman of the Listing Committee of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
