蔡佳頴律师

Ms Alison Tsoi is a Senior Legal Counsel at Kerry Holdings Limited, the family office and investment holding company of the multinational Kuok Group. Prior to that, she was at Slaughter and May focusing on corporate and cross border transactions.

Alison is passionate about art, culture and philanthropy. She serves on multiple HKSAR Government committees, including the Advisory Committee on Arts Development (ACAD) and the Intangible Cultural Heritage Advisory Committee. She is the Honorary Legal Advisor to HandsOn Hong Kong, and a Steering Committee Member and Secretary of the Climate Governance Initiative (CGI) Hong Kong Chapter. Alison also serves as a member of the Law Society of Hong Kong's In-House Lawyers Committee and International Legal Affairs Committee. 

A tri-qualified Solicitor in Hong Kong, Australia (New South Wales), and New Zealand, Alison holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the London School of Economics and a Postgraduate Diploma in Laws (PCLL) from the University of Hong Kong. She is also a Certified ESG Analyst (CESGA) of the European Federation of Financial Analysts Societies.
