We regret the cancellation of our performance of “Mahler ‘Titan’ Symphony” on 21 October due to the typhoon. Patrons holding tickets to that concert may choose any of the following options:
|1.||Apply for a full refund|
|Complete the Refund form and return it to the HK Phil office* with your tickets. Tickets must be intact (with stub) and unmarked. A full refund of the face value of the ticket will be made by cheque within one month upon receipt of your application for refund.|
|2.||Exchange your tickets for another HK Phil concert|
You may exchange your tickets for one of the following concerts:
We will try to give you seats in the same section as your original ticket but we cannot guarantee placement. Seating assignments will be best available in your original seating section subject to availability. No price adjustments will be offered (refunded) or required (additional fee for upgrades). Please complete the Ticket Exchange form , indicating the concert you wish to attend, and return it to the HK Phil office* together with your intact ticket.
|3.||Make a donation to support HK Phil|
| You may waive your refund or exchange options, and the HK Phil will designate the amount of your ticket purchase as a donation. If you need the tax deductible receipt, please complete the Donation form and return it to the HK Phil office* together with your intact ticket (only applicable for donations of HK$100 or more).
For those who made their purchase online / on phone and have not yet redeemed their tickets, please collect your ticket from Cityline Ticket Dispensing Machines (locations here: http://www.cityline.com/eng/helpdesk/outlet.jsp) or URBTIX sales counters and mail the hard-copy of your ticket(s) to us together with your refund / swap / donation form(s).
All requests for refunds, exchanges and donations must be received by the HK Phil by 30 November 2016.
